Affiliate Terms & Conditions

 

Throughout the terms and conditions we may refer to you as “The Affiliate”

The affiliate agrees to represent Daily Lead Sourcer accurately and will not make any false claims about the service on offer. Information that the affiliate uses to represent the service must be accurate.

The affiliate acknowledges that any promotional content must be accompanied by a prominent statement that the affiliate is being paid to promote or advertise the service.

 

Payments:

Daily Lead Sourcer will pay the affiliate a single one off fee that is agreed upon prior, for each Member that subscribes to Daily Lead Sourcer and uses the Affiliates Coupon Code or link.

Approval and acceptance of any converted lead shall be at Daily Lead Sourcers sole discretion. Daily Lead Sourcer aims to pay its affiliates fee on the day or once the Members Subscription has cleared. If Daily Lead Sourcer is running a Free Trial or Money Back Guarantee, the Affiliate Payment will be sent once the funds are secured by Daily Lead Sourcer.

Affiliate Structure:

1-4 Sign Ups: 30% one of fee of the total membership sold

Above 4 Sign Ups: 30% Recurring commission on each monthly payment from your sign up. Recurring commission stops once/if member cancels.

 

Promotional Content & Links:

1. The Affiliate is authorized on a non-exclusive basis to promote Daily Lead Sourcer to potential customers

2. Daily Lead Sourcer and its associates may provide The Affiliate with promotional content solely for the purposes of promoting its services. Use of Daily Lead Sourcers content is subject to restrictions of this agreement and the general terms and conditions found on Daily Lead Sourcers website. 

3. The Affiliate is solely responsible for maintaining and updating their own promotional content and ensuring it is accurate. 

4. Daily Lead Sourcer and its associates are not liable in any way for any claims relating to the use of Promotional Content by The Affiliate and the Affiliate agrees to indemnify Daily Lead Sourcer and its associates against all and any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to the Affiliates use of the Promotional Content or methods or claims used to promote Daily Lead Sourcer. 

 

Tracking of End Users and Compliance:

1. The Affiliate will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection and unfair trading regulations and shall not engage in any fraudulent activities, for example cookie stuffing or link interception. The affiliate acknowledges that any editorial content about Daily Lead Sourcer must be accompanied by a prominent statement that the affiliate is being paid to promote the service. 

2. The Affiliate understands that at all times they will comply with the requirements of Data Protection. 

3. The Affiliate must not promote Daily Lead Sourcer on any site that:

4. Promotes sexually explicit materials

5. Promotes Violence 

6. Promotes discrimination 

7. Promotes illegal activities 

8. Infringes or assists with any copyright, trademark or other IP rights or violates the law.

 

Limited License:

Daily Lead Sourcer grants The Affiliate, a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable ability to promote its service in strict compliance with this agreement.

The Affiliate must not make any false claims about Daily Lead Sourcer, and is liable for all promotions that The Affiliate makes themselves about Daily Lead Sourcer. 

The Affiliate must not alter, remove, modify or duplicate any Content that belongs to Daily Lead Sourcer.

The Affiliate agrees that it will cease any promotion of Daily Lead Sourcer immediately upon request. 

 

Termination:

Any party can terminate the agreement for any reason.

On termination of the Agreement The Affiliate must permanently remove all promotional content from its website and/or social media. 

 

General:

No party may assign, transfer or sub-contract without prior-written consent.

The Affiliate is an independent contractor, and nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between The Affiliate and Daily Lead Sourcer. 

If the Affiliate is under 18 years old you must be supervised by a parent or guardian who agrees upon the terms and conditions.

The Affiliate must understand the all terms and conditions of Daily Lead Sourcer, the Earnings Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and the Affiliate terms and conditions.

 

Daily Lead Sourcer reserves the right to change parts or hear of changes/recommendations of this agreement.
